Let’s be real here- I am not the best at writing bios about myself and plugging in some factoids of myself into chatgpt isn’t my jam either. But what I can tell you - I’m a people person. I’m loud when I talk, I may use a few too many colorful words (sorry dad) and I’m big on making sure I “see” others. I never want my clients to feel left out of their own memories. I became a mother really early in my twenties, then I lost my father and then my son named after him. Since then, I’ve never advocated so heavily for documenting everything in life. I have the amazing opportunity to document so many marvelous family and motherhood moments and I’m beyond thankful for every sunset I’ve witness with families all over Georgia capturing meaningful moments—not perfect poses— photographing your story with natural prompts and gentle guidance. I take as many images as possible, so you can choose the ones you love most.
Growing up in a time before social media, I have very few photos or videos from my childhood, and as someone with trauma-related memory loss, I know firsthand how important it is to preserve the moments we never want to forget.
Motherhood is hard AF, and it only gets harder as time speeds up, making it tough to document the journey beyond rushed selfies and the occasional photo from your partner (which, let’s be real, probably looks like a group pic from your high school days). You deserve to be in the frame, and I’m here to make sure you are.

I’m always excited to welcome new families into the KJP family. It’s been such an honor to work with families year after year, watching little ones grow and documenting each new chapter. I keep space in my calendar for new families while continuing to serve those I’ve been lucky enough to photograph for years.
